The apartment of The East Village Studio is serves owners for both living and working, although it is only in small area to do. The apartment is only about 500 square feet. The building is being use of cool open studio that featuring an enormous amount of work that not only makes an environment look cozy but also produces a lot of storage.
The apartment is using most of wood to make looks amazing in combination with high-gloss white surfaces.
Darrick Borowski, Danny Orenstein is the design team of this building, as described in the Jordan Parnass Digital Architecture website.
The apartment renovation addresses the client’s desire for multi-purpose living space. While the footprint of the apartment is minimal, meticulously detailed millwork conceals extensive amounts of storage and shelving; thereby maximizing floor space.
As we can see in one of these pictures below, photography by Frank Oudeman, Sean Karns, the apartment is so cool. There is a wooden ladder that also serves as shelves and storage.
The aesthetic of the apartment design is clean and concise, while providing the warmth of a home and functional desires of the client.
